Oh this is cute. →
Yeah 8 yr olds totally have wrinkles requiring botox. I feel bad for this girl. The mother is obviously fucked somewhere in the head. I’m going to go ahead and assume she got made fun of by other children, probably weight related, but now she has a paranoia of judgement. But that’s just my two cents.  Ooh, the thunderstorm is getting close to our house, excellent.

The View just interviewed Chaz Bono, Cher’s transsexual son. He talked about his relationship now, how the transition was for his girlfriend, from their former lesbian relationship, and some other stereotypical, dumb questions.  While the interview could have been better, I think it was a step in the right direction for transsexual exposure in the media. From an angle of understanding and...

Ooh. I just finished a really heated issue of Civil War. The comparison of Iron Man to Judas was a powerful closer. Spider Man just threw himself out a window to escape him, and has sent mary jane and his aunt out of the country. But at the same time, lesser known heros are running scared and signing up left and right after Thor’s clone killed Goliath. Which was a horrible scene to watch....

Lady Gaga’s monster ball has been playing on HBO. it’s definitely more performance art than singing, which I don’t have a problem with at all. I actually think I like her more for this performance, she really spent time talking to her fans, having fun on stage, yeah she did some singing, but it was more about connecting with her fans and putting on an incredible performance. It...

Thor: Tales of Asgard
Comes out next week :B it’s an adaptation of a short series called “Thor: Son of Asgard”, which deals with his teenage years. found out about inadvertently while researching where to begin with each landmark marvel hero’s comic titles. I’ll probably read the series later to compare it to the cartoon :B just to irritate evan while we watch it, you know.

So I’m on number 40 now, and I must say, this series continues to get better. Watching the same events unfold from so many different perspectives is amazing. Seeing super villains using the chaos and hopelessness in the atmosphere to twist and bend even staunch heros to their cause, it’s very suspense laden. Captain America accepting help from what was once a bitter enemy, especially...

Well, on issue 15 now, and I must say that I’m really glad that I picked up Civil War as one of my first titles in getting back into comics.  Being so rooted in real life politics, and dealing so closely with the ideals behind a superhero, and the way the series has been collected. It didn’t begin at Civil War 1, it didn’t begin at Spider Man 529, not for everyone, at least....

Hmmm, third comic and already I’m getting some contradictions on what I was told it was about. So confusing

Well, I begin reading Civil War tonight. I don’t know if any of my followers know the premise of Civil War, but it’s when all the superheros break apart into two sides— those who are for the revealing of the hero’s identities to the public, and those who are against it. Iron Man really wants people to know who these heros are, who risk their lives for them. He believes...

Thor was fun, it felt more like a comic than some of the past comic book movie releases, which I think is both good and bad, depending on who you talked to. I enjoyed the cheese factor only the comic book industry seems to embrace. It also pumped me up further for the Captain America and Avengers releases that are going to be coming out. I love the way the movie industry is building the same type...
